PRENATAL YOGA SUMMER SESSIONS
This special yoga class will continue through April and early May. As we move into summer Sara will offer these special sessions for Early Summer classes (May & June- 3), July classes (3) and August classes (4) Register at the HealthQuest Front Desk!
A regular yoga practice during pregnancy can have many benefits including: Improved sleep and reduced stress and anxiety. Practicing yoga can increase the strength, flexibility and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth as well as decrease lower back pain, nausea, headaches and shortness of breath.
