HealthQuest Pools
HealthQuest offers two pools, EACH with a different function.
Lap Pool
Our larger pool is a 25-yard lap pool. This pool is kept between 77° and 79° F, the perfect temperature for swim exercise. We offer a few programs in this pool, almost always leaving at least one lane open for lap swimmers. Please check in with the front desk when you arrive to reserve a lane time.
Fitness Pool
Our smaller pool is called the “Fitness Pool." This pool is covered and kept at a warmer temperature than its neighbor, as its use is mainly for rehabilitative exercise and children’s swimming lessons.
