What a way to RECHARGE!! Kat brings us her beautiful creation, this amazing PRANALINI practice. Join us for two hours filled with breath, movement and the enlivenment of deep primal energies. The body’s natural internal chemistry is awakened and enhances the life force! The ‘spirit molecule’, DMT, is stimulated in the practitioner’s brain and body. This practice is a great way to gift yourself something special that will really have positive effects into the days to come!

Pranalini is a unique fusion of Kundalini Yoga and Pranayama Breath practices.

In our two hour workshop we will explore movements from Kundalini yoga coupled with energetic Pranayama (breathwork) techniques, these invigorating practices will lead us to a final session of Restorative yoga allowing us to integrate and rest in our newly vibrating energy!
