Mary anne schaffer

General Manager

Mary Anne is HealthQuest’s General Manager. She is a Sonoma State University graduate with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology and a concentration in Lifetime Fitness. She holds a personal training certification from the American Council on Exercise. Along with a strong interest in health and fitness she has a passion for teaching dance. She started dancing at a very young age and became a Head Instructor for the National Dance Alliance teaching at dance camps across the country for 7 years. Mary Anne has taught dance at local studios and has coached competitive dance teams and individuals in the area for over 14 years.

As a trainer she has worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels. Mary Anne enjoys fitness programming and has led many successful fitness challenges with the training team at HealthQuest as well as helped in training the firefighters of Napa by expanding their daily fitness routines. In addition to training, she loves teaching a large variety of group fitness classes in every studio at HealthQuest!
