Don Low

Swim Coach

Don was an All-American sprinter in high-school and then went on to swim Division I for the University of New Hampshire where he majored in Business.

He has been with HealthQuest Fitness Center for over 12 years as a Level II certified Adult Swim Coach. In his professional life, he coordinates post-acute respiratory care services for patients with chronic lung disease and neuromuscular disorders.

Don currently enjoys open water swims and has completed the Trans Tahoe Relay and Donner Lake swims numerous times. He is also passionate about skiing and hopes to someday go helicopter skiing in Alaska. He lives in Napa with his wife Tammy and two teenage boys, Cutler and Tanner.
