Ashley has been a loyal member since she was a teenager attending Napa High School. HealthQuest holds a special place in her heart. Her entire family have been members since the very beginning. Ashley graduated from Sacramento State University with a BS in Parks and Recreation and an emphasis in Sports Event Management. After Graduating College, she relocated to San Diego for several years to focus on a career in the Sporting Event Industry. After enjoying what San Diego had to offer she ultimately saw herself raising her family in Napa where she currently resides.

Ashley has always had a passion for any subject sports/fitness related. She has worked in a wide range of fitness related roles: Assistant Manager at a Fitness Club, Physical Therapist Tech as well as an Assistant Event Coordinator for various organized races and currently as an ACE-certified GIF.

She loves all the enthusiasm and dedication Health Quest members radiate at the classes she instructs and attends; this is the main component that drives her.
